Summary0001154: [BFX_AT100][BTF] About RED led blinking issue
DescriptionHi Jim Chen

FW : v15.522.60

SKB QA was conducting a script test all night yesterday,
and he checked one of the three STBs in the morning and found that the LED was blinking red.
It is said that the same symptom are occurring when the network is not connected.

I think the log below is output until 02-25 08:08:14.464 so there will be no problem.
hal_frontpanel:HAL_FrontPanelSetLedState v102(3, 2)

Could you check if there are any other special logs?
Or could you explain this issue?

Thanks
YK.Jung

Hi Younkwang,
Here's the log analyze but can't find the root cause,

1. no network_error_event found from the 1st log file (maybe in earier logfile)
2. logcat.log.0016: 02-24 22:11:59 ==> found a network_connected_event ==> set LED to normal
3. logcat.log.0016: 02-24 22:12:04.089 ==> PID:5026 (com.skb.btv.framework) detect NETWORK_INTERNET_ERROR
then PID:2202 trigger HAL_FrontPanelSetLedState v102(1, 200) (LED_STATE_NETWORK_ERROR) so the red LED blinking.
4. no network_connected_event found after that, so the red LED keep blinking

in this case, the screen should show dialog about network error but I guess you didn't see it.
maybe you can check with SPTEK how they detect the network connect/disconnect.
